Richard started his career in the technology and management consulting industry back in 1997 as an Associate for American Management Systems (AMS), a $2 Billion IT outsourcing and management consulting company. Within just five years, he rose through the ranks to Practice Manager, supervising over 18 people and multiple major projects in the Chicago, IL and Austin, TX areas. As a graduate of the Marquette University school of Business with a specialization in Accounting, Richard transcends the typical financial background knowledge with his extraordinary ability to manage high-technology projects including multiple ERP implementations and customized CRM modeling. He has since spent over three years in the Philippines with the Peace Corps as a Small Business Implementation Specialist that performed all aspects of initial business plans, financial lending and assisting with building technology requirements and solutions.
He possesses a M.B.A. in International Business from Tufts University and also took classes at Harvard University. He also has a C.P.A. degree. Richard is fluent in English, Spanish and Tagalog.
